About The Malt
The Pink Boots Malt is a craft base malt with a profile that fits the needs of both brewers and distillers. Each year, Pink Boots Malt will highlight a different growing region and barley variety, with subtle differences in characteristics. Our goal is to always create a product that is versatile enough for every beer or whiskey style, but unique enough to inspire a new Pink Boots beverage each year.
This year, the Pink Boots Malt is a well-balanced, low-colour, Pilsen-style malt, featuring the Odyssey barley variety grown throughout the Pacific Northwest. This well-established variety, originally from the UK, provides unique characteristics that help to create a high-extract, low-GN malt product.
Malt is the core ingredient for brewers and distillers, and the foundation for every great whiskey and beer recipe. The Pink Boots Malt provides an opportunity for more members of the fermentation industry to celebrate and uplift women and non-binary colleagues. With each bag of malt purchased, a donation is made to the Pink Boots Society scholarship fund, which provides educational opportunities and empowers women and non-binary professionals to advance their careers in fermentation.

About The Bountiful Bag
The Bountiful Bag was Co-Founded by Peruvian sisters, Fiorella Rossel Borkert and Romina Rossel, in April of 2018. The idea was inspired by their love for craft beer and their mutual interest in helping conserve the environment. Their products are upcycled from grain bags used by local breweries in the production of craft beer mainly from Southern California; banners from local music and beer festivals, as well as furniture store showroom sample swatches. For linings, they use fabrics from the fashion district -aka- the fabric landfill in Downtown Los Angeles.
