The BrewDeck Podcast won a gold Crushie for “Best Beer Podcast,” at the 2023 Craft Beer Marketing Awards (CBMAs), held at the Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville earlier this month! 

The Craft Beer Marketing Awards, also known as “The Crushies,” launched in 2020 and feature categories that celebrate the very best of beer marketing and the teams and individuals behind them. The CBMAs were developed to recognize and award top-notch marketing in the brewing industry across the world. The “Crushie” is a celebration of the creative spirit of the brewing industry! 

Country Malt Group started The BrewDeck Podcast in August 2020 as a way to connect listeners with their favorite brewers, distillers, and suppliers during the pandemic. Since then, it has grown into a community of industry experts sharing their stories, advice, and resources. Now in their Fourth Season, The BrewDeck Podcast has a total of 75 episodes and nearly 60,000 streams with listeners in 41 different countries and guests from across North America, the United Kingdom, and Germany. 

Episode topics range from selecting and sourcing raw materials for production to innovative new trends, products, and techniques. With a strong mix of educational and entertainment episodes, there’s something for every level of experience, including how to start a brewery. The BrewDeck Podcast is also committed to including and uplifting the diverse voices of this industry, as well as featuring more cause-related episodes, focusing on International Women’s Day, sustainability, LGBTQ+, and veterans in the industry.
