RAISING THE BAR: OUR GOLD MEDAL PROGRAM SWITCHES TO THE CANADA BEER CUP FOR 2025!

We know that with our malts, brewers and distillers across North America create incredible, award-winning craft beverages. We launched our Gold Medal Program back in 2021, awarding one Filson vest to each brewery and distillery that wins a gold or double-gold tier award, respectively, using Canada Malting Co. or Great Western Malting products at select competitions. Starting in 2025, we’re thrilled to announce a switch in our eligible competition to the Canada Beer Cup, from the Canadian Brewing Awards*!
The Canada Beer Cup is a national competition that celebrates the quality and innovation of independently owned and operated craft breweries across Canada. Organized for the industry by the industry, all proceeds support the Canadian Craft Brewers Association, funding the vital work they do on behalf of our craft brewing community from coast to coast.
In addition to the Canada Beer Cup, we’re proud to continue celebrating our Gold Medal Program for winners at the World Beer Cup, Great American Beer Festival, and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, ensuring our commitment to recognizing excellence across multiple prestigious events.
